SASTRA (Deemed to be University)

For 2020 admissions, the deadline is completed this year, you cannot apply for Sastra University.

Admissions for SASTRA deemed to be university is completed for 2020 batch. Now you cannot apply for the university.

There are many courses combined with LLB such as BA LLB. In order to eligible candidate must write CLAT exam and also they should maintain atleast 75% score in their subjects.

Comparing both jntu Hyderabad has good reputation also jntu is not a deemed university like sastra but compared to the ranking and research sastra stand top. Sastra has strict rules in order to keep students in control and avoiding misbehaving. Its upto you to choose one.

There is no management quota for any of the groups in sastra. Only available quotas are NRI and only merit students in the counselling process are admitted. But during this pandemic there might be any change in the process just confirm with the college by contacting them in mail or phone.

IT placements are very good in sastra, comparing the placements regarding the group CSE stands first and then IT and ICT.

Observe the student to faculty ratio and finally visit the campus website and get all the information regarding the placements, infrastructure, labs, equipments. You can compare the NIRF ranking of various institutions also the reviews from various websites or from students will help you a lot.
