You didn't mentioned out of marks and state are you from. If you are a CBSE student definitely you will get any branch because you didn't give any preference of branch.

It's very difficult. CSE and IT are like hotcakes of sastra. If you got the rank of sastra AIR below 1000 you will definitely get CSE or IT. Try for last round of counselling. Otherwise avail any seat you got in last counselling and get GPA of 9.0 above in 1st year. You can slide to any branch you want.

You didn't mentioned state you are from. If you are from Tamil Nadu maybe you have a chance to get in stream 1 . Otherwise it's very difficult to get CSE . But try until last round of counselling. It's all based on how many students applied and how many attended.

In order to check your application status at SASTRA University, you need to visit the official website of the University. Followed by that, go to Sastra Admissions and click on that, there you will find a notice in that - if you are already registered click here button. It will open enter your BTMTI number and password given if you are registered for SASTRA. There you can find the application status and all other details.

You didn't mentioned which state are you from. If you are from Tamil Nadu quota that to from trichy or Thanjavur you will get definitely any seat in Thanjavur branch. But if you are not you can get any seat in kumbakonam branch. Apply for kumbakonam branch if you have no branch preference of sastra.
