It is feasible to get into SASTRA University even with a 48 percentile in JEE Mains and a 75% aggregate in the Tamil Nadu board exams. SASTRA has a special admissions procedure that takes into account both JEE Mains results and 12th board grades. Although having a better JEE percentile increases your prospects, having good board scores is equally important. It is advised to apply and confirm the precise cutoff trends for the programme and category you have in mind, as the university holds seats according to a variety of merit-based standards.

With 943 JEE Mains points and a 62 percentile, you have a moderate probability of getting into SASTRA University. Using a special ranking system, SASTRA University takes into account both JEE Main results and 12th board marks for admission. A candidate's result on the 12th board test determines how many places the university reserves, even though a high percentile is essential for competitive branches. Applying and verifying the precise deadlines and requirements for admission to the course of your choice is advised.

Yes, there is a dress code for both male and female students at SASTRA University. For girls, traditional Indian clothing such as sarees, churidars, and salwar kameez are usually required. T-shirts and jeans are typically not permitted. In order to preserve a polite and orderly learning atmosphere, the clothing code is strictly enforced. Though regulations are subject to change, it's always a good idea to confirm the most recent instructions straight from the university.

Admission to SASTRA's challenging programs in CSE and IT requires a number of variables, including performance in the 12th grade and JEE Mains. You can be admitted to SASTRA for CSE or IT based on your JEE Mains percentile and 12th board percentage. This is the same procedure as previous year's cut-offs because the cut-off ranks are subject to change every year. To ensure you have a backup plan in place, take into account the difficult admissions process and your score. Check the official SASTRA university website.

SASTRA University admits students through two methods. One method is that the ranking is based on 75% of the class 12 board exam and 25% of the JEE Mains. The other possible way is that your rank is based only on your class 12 %. This stream fills 30 percent of the seats. The competition in this stream is fierce because there are fewer seats available. To enter into SASTRA through this track, you must have a 12th grade GPA of at least 95%. You have an excellent probability of getting into SASTRA University's CSE division because your percentages in class 12 boards and JEE Mains are both high.
