You may or may not get because you told your GPA. Apply and wait upto 3rd counselling. You may get by chance. All statistics won't be right all the times if you score more marks in +2 than GPA.

Yes, you can get any branch seat in sastra easily. Apply for stream 1 includes 75% IPE and 25% of JEE score.

If you are ready to take any branch seat maybe you can get something in 3rd counselling . But you are expecting ECE seat which is not even possible . If you want to apply in stream it requires 970-985 marks in IPE and the Jee AIR rank has to be in below 40,000

No, it doesn't offer any IAS or IPS course it offers only engineering, law, research, degree, Diploma.

One can join in SASTRA law by having atleast 50% aggregate in 10+2 and no disciplinary actions on them and the admission process is via a rank given by sastra and the criteria for mark is 75% 10+2 marks and 25% CLAT marks. and the courses offered are BALLB Hons.,
BBA + L.L.B. (Hons.),
B.Com + LLB {Hons.}
