Keeping in mind the difficulty students may face while preparing for and accessing admission testing worldwide, it has been decided by Stanford University that international undergraduate students applying for admission to Stanford University from Fall 2023 can take admission without SAT / ACT scores (Test Optional). Meaning, the decision to submit the scores will now be in the hands of the applicants as the university will review applications with or without standardized test scores.

Hello, you may expect a good amount but it is not possible to specify an exact number. These decisions are taken by the university at their discretion. Scholarships are based on merit and the amount shall be fixed by the college based on your overall merit and profile.

I found that Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham accepts SAT scores for admission. You can send your official transcripts using the Designated Institution (DI) code 73651. However, I could not find any information on the minimum SAT score required for admission to CSE at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. I suggest you contact Amrita admission office directly to get more information about the admission process through SAT scores.

However, according to recent sources, the average SAT scores for admitted students range from 1300 to 1470. It is important to note that SAT scores are just one of many factors considered in the admission process and that a high score does not guarantee admission.

Your GPA is just one factor among a dozen or so colleges use to evaluate applicants. In many ways, I view test scores and course rigor as important, if not more important, than having an incredibly high GPA (3.75+) to be honest. For the school I read applications for, I would say a lower GPA is really anything under a 3.4 (though the avg for incoming is closer to 3.75). So if you had, say a 3.1, I would want to see a pretty good SAT score (1400+) and high course rigor (Andhra Pradesh, IB, Honors, dual credit classes) for me to dismiss the lower GPA.
