Hi Daksh,
The university suggestion can only be given if you share your profile in detail. What do you mean by a good CV and good marks?
I would suggest you to write to studyabroad@shiksha.com and share your profile. Shiksha's study abroad counselors will get in touch with you and assist you with the university selection and application process. It is free of cost service.

There is no minimum cut-offs. A score of above 1350 will be good, but it will not guarantee admissions. You must have an all-rounded profile, outstanding academics, good SAT, strong extra curricular activities and high intelligence to be considered for MIT.

Dear Ankit,
They evaluate every profile holistically, there is not one thing over the other. Saying they don't consider academics but only SAT and TOEFL would be wrong. SAT, TOEFL, etc. are also very much called academics.
Everything from co-curricular and academic grades to intellectual prowess, strengths and weaknesses will be evaluated. There is no single criteria. If you have poor grades but a good SAT however nothing special about your profile they will have little interest in you. An all rounded profile is what they want.

Hi Anmol,
There are over 3000 colleges in US which accept SAT. Some of the top colleges are - Princeton, Harvard, Yale, Columbia, University of Rochester, Duke, Brown etc.
Most of these colleges provide scholarship depending upon you need. But they will only provide it if you are admitted. Some other bodies which provide 100% scholarships in India are - Dr. Manmohan Singh Scholarship for Cambridge, Next Genius Scholarships, Tata Scholarship for Cornell etc.

SAT is a competitive exam for undergraduate admission in US universities. Most universities in USA want that students should take this exam. There is another similar exam called ACT for US Universities.
Currently, SAT is out of 1600 marks.

I have studied abroad for my Bachelors degree and it was and is extremely expensive. Your living expenses are INR 10 lakhs per year and the tuition fee is minimum INR 10 lakhs per year. If you want to study HSC Year 12, you would have repeat 2-3 years. Hence I strongly recommend that you finish your Bachelors degree here in India with good percentage or grades. Then you may go abroad. Hope this helps. Thanks!

Hi Kushagra,
You are not eligible for German Universities. You require 13 years of education.for USA, SATs are mandatory. If your SAT score is good, you need not worry too much about your school grades. They would be considered but not the only criteria for your application.

Hi Kritika,
SAT is not mandatory. But if your grades are average it is recommended you take SAT as universities in Canada are very competitive.

Dear Rinku, she will find a number of opportunities in UK, she needs to visit university websites for program offerings to suit her subject combination. Compared to Singapore, UK has a wider audience and prospects. Biomedical engineering, biotechnology, biomolecular sciences, biostatistics are some of the very happening topics. A bit of research needs to be done by herself. You may check completeuniversityguide uk for reference.
Best wishes
