SAT syllabus has definitely reduced and so has the overall duration, but the question of SAT syllabus becoming harder is a hoax. The syllabus is more or less the same as before but with a special focus on understanding and analysing the questions. The subject tests and essay writing sections have also been scrapped, thus, SAT syllbus post digitalization has probably become clearer rather than harder than the testing before. The rest also depends upon the applicant's preparation.

Hi, SAT consists of three sections which are maths, reading, and writing. There is an optional essay section. It is paper based test in India. Please check these articles for more details and syllabus:
