SAT is just one part of whole profile so if you are looking for admission in any of the colleges, you need to hv around 1580 and a holistic profile that includes co-curricular activities, community services etc. In addition to SAT subject based SAT for math is also required. Check here.

Not really, your admission will depend on the entire profile. You should start preparing with the rest of the application, prepare good personal statements, check university websites, check common app portal through which you will be applying to the universities, get all your documents ready and start applying once you take the SAT. All the best.

If you want to study masters you cannot take SAT but you must give the GRE. Again not all countries require GRE. SAT is taken to study bachelor degree programs particularly in USA. Hope it helps.
