No, Indiana State University chooses to be test optional for Fall 2023 admissions where its not mandatory for students to submit standardized scores of ACT or SAT unless they choose to.

Candidates have the option to submit ACT or SAT scores with their application, or they may apply Score Optional. If they decide to apply with ACT or SAT scores, George Mason University will use the self-reported SAT and/or ACT test scores as part of their holistic admissions process.

U.S. colleges are increasingly turning to international students whose native language is not English and who have lower standardized test scores than their American counterparts to fill their need for diverse student populations. This update allows non-native English speakers to gain admission without applying for the SAT or ACT scores, although some schools may still require these scores.

First-year applicants in fall 2022 who did not possess an ACT or SAT score were informed that they would be admitted if they have a GPA of 3.2 or more. But for those with a GPA less than 2.3, it was mandatory to submit the aforementioned test scores and their high school transcript.

Keeping in mind the difficulty students may face while preparing for and accessing admission testing worldwide, it has been decided by Stanford University that international undergraduate students applying for admission to Stanford University from Fall 2023 can take admission without SAT / ACT scores (Test Optional). Meaning, the decision to submit the scores will now be in the hands of the applicants as the university will review applications with or without standardized test scores.

Yes, SAT Exam is accepted at Universities in the Netherland. It is compulsory for those students whose native language is not English.
