In NTSE Stage I, there is no time gap given to students in between different subjects rather all the papers are given at one go; whereas in Stage II exam there is time gap of 30 minutes between MAT and language and 45 minutes between language and SAT. So the students can not shuffle their time in between MAT and SAT and this makes it really difficult to score.

Hi,
Yes, you have to give IELTS exam without any fail. Score at least 6.5 bands overall with no component less than 6.0 bands. Good luck.

Hi,Yes, you can do, but your Diploma will not be counted there, as USA doesn't recognize any Diploma courses. You need to start B.Tech in USA from 1st year itself.

SAT score is not valid for BITS. It is used to get admission in US & Canada. You can apply there.

Your class 12th score is low, as they generally require at least 60 percent in the boards and you have a lot less so not sure about passing the criteria.
