NIT Warangal
NIT Surathkal

Actually, college board doesn't give a SAT fee waiver for international students. You can read about it in official SAT guide.

Hi Sahith, the procedure will depend on the country and university. Since you want to take SAT, I think you want to study in US. Firstly, select some universities to which you want to send you SAT scores to, select carefully, don't send it to just the top ones without knowing the admission requirements. Thereafter every university has its own requirements and mostly the process is online. You must upload your transcripts, essays, all other information etc. The online forms must be submitted before the university admission deadlines.
