To take the SAT in India, having a passport is mandatory. You have to apply for one.

Follow the book by College Board, this is the official guide. You can also refer to books by Kaplan and Manhattan.

If you are weak at maths you should start practicing a lot and also join either an online coaching or classroom coaching for the preparation. You can also watch YouTube videos of academy.
You should download previous year question papers and go through them to get an idea about the exams. After this you can decide better which exams to give.
Also, only XAT is the exam which you should not go for.

Basically, SAT is of two types of syllabus.
The SAT I test a student's skills in:
Critical reading
Mathematics
Writing
SAT II exam
Subject Tests measure your knowledge and skills in particular subject areas, and your ability to apply that knowledge.
English
History
Mathematics
Science
Languages
