For the academic year 2025, the university has opened the BPharm application process. The SIMAT Chennai BPharm deadline hasn't been announced yet. However, according to the admission dates for 2024, Saveetha University ended the application process in the final week of June 2024. For this time as well, the admissions dates may be similar.

No, for admissions to the BPharm course at Saveetha University, either candidates must follow the minimum eligibility criteria that state candidates must qualify their Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate or candidates can get admissions based on scores achieved in the entrance examination conducted by Saveetha University. Primarily SU Chennai BPharm admissions are based on merit. No, Saveetha School of Engineering does not give 100% scholarships for B.Tech. But there is a provision for 75% Fees Scholarship students who scored 90% or above marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. 50% Fees Scholarship to students scoring marks above 80% in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Maths or qualifying for JEE- Mains. Fee Structure National 50% State 25% District 20% and Zonal 10% for all the tuition fees.

Saveetha School of Engineering is one of the institutions under Saveetha University. In general, it falls under Tier 2. It is a private engineering college affiliated to Anna University. It has always been known for its infrastructure and various courses. Even though the college provides good placement opportunities by companies like Berger Paints and SAP, it does not fit into Tier 1. It does not come under IIT or NIT as well. Saveetha Engineering College stood at a respectable 124th rank in the NIRF 2019 ranking, thereby further validating this institution being classified as a Tier 2.
