There is not much difference in the difficulty level of SBI Clerk and IBPS Clerk exams. The exam pattern and syllabus of IBPS Clerk and SBI Clerk are more or less the same. IBPS Clerk exam pattern comprises prelims and Mains exams. The prelims exam comprises three sections English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. The total marks allotted to the prelims exam are 100. The Mains exam comprises General/ Financial Awareness, General English Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude, and Quantitative Aptitude. SBI Clerk admit card is released one week before the exam. The link to download the admit card is made available on the official website. SBI Clerk admit card is released separately for the prelims and Mains exams. To download the admit card, candidates need to enter registration number or roll number and date of birth or password. No, SBI follows a similar SBI Clerk exam pattern for different states. SBI Clerk exam pattern is such that it comprises prelims exam, Mains exam and language proficiency test. The prelims and Mains exams are conducted online. The prelims exam carries three sections-English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. The total marks allotted to the test are 100. There are many books available in the market, however, candidates must choose those books that have covered the entire syllabus. For Quant, candidates can refer to Quantitative Aptitude for Competitive Examinations by RS Agarwal. The Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude sections are usually tough. Candidates can score well in this section only through practice. Candidates must practise previous years' question papers and attempt sectional mock tests. In the prelims exam, Reasoning and Numerical Ability carry the maximum weightage.
