The basic salary of SBI Clerk is INR 17,900 with an increment of INR 1000. After three years, the basic SBI Clerk salary will be INR 20,900 with an annual increment of INR 1230. Again, after three years, candidates will get basic pay of INR 24,590 with an increment of INR 1490. The maximum basic salary will reach upto INR 47,920 after certain period.

The total starting emoluments given to the Junior Associates in the metro city such as Mumbai are around INR 29,000 per month, inclusive of DA and other allowances as per the current rate. Besides, two additional increments are given to newly recruited graduate Junior Associates. Earlier, the total starting emoluments for metro cities was INR 26,000. Allowances also vary depending on the place of posting. Candidates are eligible for reimbursement of various perquisites, Provident Fund, Pension under New Pension Scheme (Defined Contribution Benefit), Medical, Leave-Fare, and other facilities as per the requirement of the bank.

There is no difference between the IBPS Clerk and SBI Clerk exam pattern. The level of both exams is the same. The pattern of both the exams is divided into prelims and Mains. The prelims exam carries three sections Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. The level and difficulty of the exam are also the same. In terms of career growth, an SBI Clerk may be promoted to a post equivalent to a Probationary Officer within 3 to 4 years of appointment. While candidates begins to fill SBI Clerk Application form, then they has to write a declaration in their own handwriting which has to be uploaded along with the application with a file size of 50 to 100 kbs and dimensions of 800 x 400 pixels. SBI Clerk handwritten declaration text is given below:“I, ______ (Name of the candidate), Date of Birth ______hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid.
