The Group Exercise carries 20 marks and 30 marks are allotted for the interview. Candidates qualifying for Group Exercises and Interview under the ‘OBC’ category will be required to submit an OBC certificate containing the ‘Non-Creamy Layer’ clause. Candidates should score minimum qualifying marks in this phase to get considered for final selection. The ratio of marks considered for mains and interview marks is 75:25.  SBI PO exam comprises three stages- Prelims, Mains, Psychometric Test and Interview & Group Discussion. SBI PO syllabus for prelims exam comprises three subjects-Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and English Language. SBI PO Mains syllabus is bit exhaustive than prelims syllabus.
