The delay in accessing the SBI Clerk application form page is because of the various factors such as internet speed and many applicants trying to register for the exam, etc. Candidates should keep patience and retry after a gap of 15 minutes. The final cutoff of SBI PO is calculated out of 100 marks. The marks secured by the candidates in the Mains exam are converted to 75 out of 250 marks. The marks of Phase III are converted to 25 marks out of 50 marks. Based on the final cut off marks, candidates are selected for appointment to the post of Probationary Officers in the various branches of SBI.

SBI PO final cut off is calculated in the following manner:
Marks obtained by the candidates in the Mains exam out of 250 marks (maximum) are normalized to 75
Marks obtained in GE & Interview round out of 50 are normalized to 25
The final Merit list is arrived after totaling the normalized marks of the main exam, GE & Interview with an aggregate of 100.

Sectional cut off marks are not there in SBI PO prelims and Mains exam. There is only overall cutoff at both levels. Candidates need to secure the overall SBI PO cut off marks in order to get shortlisted. SBI PO cut off marks are the minimum qualifying marks which candidates need to secure inorder to qualify the exam. It is important to secure the cut off marks in every stage of selection process.

Yes, SBI PO cut off marks are released separately for prelims and Mains exams. Candidates must secure the cut off marks to get shortlisted for the next selection round. However, SBI PO prelims cut off marks are qualifying in nature, and no marks are added to the final merit list. Besides, the marks obtained in the group discussion and interview are given preference.

SBI PO cut off 2023 for Mains exam and final cut off was released on April 18. The examination authority has announced the overall cut off marks for different categories. There is no sectional cut off marks in the exam. Candidates are only required to secure the overall cut off marks. Candidates who have qualified the exam by securing equal to or more than the cut off marks are selected for appointment.
