Students who do not want to take the IELTS exam to study abroad can now be relaxed as they can get several fully-funded or 100% scholarships to study in their dream university abroad. Universities, governments and several other scholarship-providing bodies waive off IELTS as requirements based on the student's fluency in the English language and the course that they choose. Several such fully-funded scholarships that do not require IELTS are Italy Government Scholarship, DAAD scholarships, Turkey Scholarships, Italian Government Scholarships, etc.

While no scholarships are truly “easy” to get, students might try to get their hands on university-sponsored scholarships as they are provided with the acceptance of their application if the scholarship committee of the university considers them the right candidate to receive this grant. You are required to submit a strong application to the university along with clearly mentioning your need for a scholarship grant.
