The Technological University of Shannon Athlone does offer some scholarships that can be availed by international students at the university.  The Merit-based academic scholarship is offered to both undergraduate and postgraduate students at the university with a scholarship amount of EUR 3,000 (INR 2.6 L) and EUR 4,000 (INR 3.5 L) respectively both based on the GPA scores secured by the students. The university also offers the TUS Global Scholarship which was previously referred to as the President's Scholarship and offers an amount of EUR 3,000 (INR 2,6 L). Some other scholarships offered include the Foundation Scholarship, TUS Embassy Scholarship, Nursing Scholarship, Alumni Scholarship, and a few others.

The Quark offers scholarships to high achievers that include students who obtained good grades in their 12th standard examinations. To emphasize, the students top scoring in their academic work, qualifying to receive up to INR 50000 per annum scholarship, must have scored above 90% marks. Qualified to the level of up to INR 25000 per annum for students who have secure marks between 85-89%. It also provides means-cum-merit scholarships to student's belong to low income group that is one who has an annual parental income less than INR 6 lakhs. It is established that approximately 20 to 25% of student get scholarships annually.
