It is difficult to make into the Merit Lists of various government Universities if they consider the Percentage. But of only entrance is considered, you can. I shall suggest they either you take Distance Mode or do it from a Private University.

For admission in M.A. Telugu, you need to have B.A. B.Sc. B.Com. Candidate must have completed B.A. /B.Com. /B.Sc. / with Telugu as a subject of study or B.A. (OL) or Bhasha Praveena with Part I Telugu of B.A. Or B.Com. Or Bhasha Praveena with P. O. L.

Eligibility criteria for M.A in Political Science is:-
a) Eligibility for entrance mode admission:
Candidate must have done B.A(Hons.) or B.A from any recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 50% or must be a graduate from a recognised Indian university with a minimum aggregate of 60%.
Eligibility for merit mode admission:-
