Students seeking admission to M.Arch at MIT SOA must pass graduation in BArch with 55% aggregate or minimum 6.0 CGPA. Those who qualify PERA CET entrance exam with a valid score are given admission. As per the selection process of MPlan at MIT School of Architecture, students must get a UG degree in Architecture/ Planning/ Civil Engineering/ Technology and a PG degree in Geography or Sociology or Economics with a minimum aggregate of 55% or 5.50 CGPA (5% relaxation for reserved category). Aspirants who apply with a valid score of GATE will be given preference. Non-GATE candidates can also apply via scores of PERA CET.
