Yes, you can go for KMAT but as I know, KMAT is no valid for Christ college but there are other colleges which accepts the KMAT.

You need minimum of 70 percentile to be eligible to apply in Christ.

I don't think there is any other way for MBA. As far as I am aware, there is no management seats for MBA programme.
