Yes, you can go for KMAT but as I know, KMAT is no valid for Christ college but there are other colleges which accepts the KMAT.

You need minimum of 70 percentile to be eligible to apply in Christ.

Is there any other way to get admission in this college as I haven't scored well in CAT exam? I haven't appeared for MAT or CMAT.

I don't think there is any other way for MBA. As far as I am aware, there is no management seats for MBA programme.

Yes, it does provide good placement even for freshers. There is no hard and fast rule about having a work experience before MBA.
