This depends upon from where you did the M.Sc. like if you did it from IITs fees is in between 2lakh to 3 lakh(including hostel and mess) total for 2 years. While in normal degree colleges like government college it is very less but there you have to find room and mess .

PGD in Travel and Tourism Management of Andhra University is one year duration course through distance education. Hence there is no need of any entrance test ranks and you can apply simply if have a bachelor degree.
