The refund policy for fees at School of Economics and Commerce, CMR University, depends on various factors like the timing and reason means that when are you withdrwal your fee or it depends on reason too like why are you withdrawaling your fee if your reason is not genuine then it's hard to get refund and may be the university have it's policy that you didn't get complete refund. Yes, you can take admission in the School of Economics and Commerce at CMR University for a B.Com programme without CMRUAT. Admission inthe B.Com program  does not require CMRUAT. The admission are on the basis of your 12th class marks And you check the offical website of CMR for further information and you can also contact to the office of CMRU and ask about all  the programs and your qurries
