Candidates must report to the SET exam centre at least an hour before the commencement of the exam. The SET exam will take place at 11:30 AM at various test centres, hence, candidates must reach the exam centre the latest by 10:30 AM. Candidates will not be allowed to leave the exam centre before 12:30 AM (morning session). Also, they can not re-enter the exam centre once they have submitted the exam.

Yes, candidates will have to carry two SET admit cards to the exam centre if they have applied for both sessions. Candidates will be required to apply for each course and test individually, and hence they will be issued two admit cards. The SET hall ticket will be released at least a weak before the exam. Students will have to download the SET admit card for the session that they are appearing for. If they are appearing for two session, candidates have to download two separate admit cards.

Yes, candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/PwD) will get a 5 per cent relaxation of the total criteria. They will be required to have scored 45% aggregate in Class 12. The eligibility criteria for the General and NC-OBC category is that they must have secured at least 50 per cent aggregate in Class 12th.

Candidate needs a minimum of 55 percent marks (without rounding off) in Master Degree or equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognised by UGC. You can solve this issue by doing distance PGDM in relevant discipline or Ph.D. holders also get 5% relaxation.

According to the rules You must complete your master's degree in subject concerned not less than 50 percentage marks and you must have a B.Ed too. Then you are qualified for SET and you can apply for it.
