Yes, definitely you will get your amount refunded after deducting the processing charges, that is, Rs 1500.
If you have already accepted a seat, then also you can withdraw the accepted seat before the last round of jossa counseling by appearing at the reporting center. After last round counseling, no refunding will be done, if you have not taken the seat.
To get the refund, you have to fill the bank account details and upload an image of cancelled cheque and download the withdrawal request letter and then the letter must be signed by you and your parents and then report to the reporting centre with that withdrawal letter.

For m.tech in petrolium engineering the eligibility criteria is b.tech/b.e degree with a first class or minimum 60% marks or 6.0 CPI (55% marks or 5.5 CPI for SC/ST students) in any one of the following disciplines from any AICTE approved Institute, State/Central University or Institute created under an Act of Parliament: Petroleum Engineering. but for the admission in petroleum engineering(m.tech) you must have to go through GATE. mostly institute decide admission according to GATE score & also asked for the personal interview.
