First of all, it is good to know that you are opting for B. Tech in Aerospace Engineering. Second, UPES is one of the best choices to get a degree in this outstanding engineering field. Now coming to your question, to take admission in UPES, you can appear for UPSEAT if you have secured minimum 60% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (class 10th & class 12th) or minimum 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior Secondary level (12th).
UPES also offers admission through Board Merit / JEE Mains Score. 20% of seats are available for those taking admission through their JEE score. There is a total of 60 seats in B. T

Hello Ashwin,
In second year, students are sent for internship to private and government construction companies, design consultant companies and in offshore companies to work and enrich their knowledge. Placements are likewise good where last year students were placed in prominent companies like JLL, Vedanta, TCS, WindForce, Ujaas.
The college has reputed themselves in placements, but I would suggest you to give GATES, and try to enroll in better college if you are looking forward to get impeccable results in placement and overall development.
You should try to get admission in IITs or NITs because the college is good but there are better

UPES is one of the most renowned universities in India as it serves domain specific core programme knowledge. It is a good niche for pursuing M.Tech in automation and robotics.
The course is delivered with versatility in the rapidly changing constraints of the environment.
Electro Mechanics, Robotics Fabrication, Robotics Sensors & Instrumentation, Artificial Intelligence, and Robotic Vision are few subjects taught extremely well in this course which enhances the specialisation of your core background knowledge.
