CMR University's School of Management is widely regarded as a Tier 2 institution. Tier 1 institutions in India are primarily the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and other top-tier business schools renowned for their demanding academic standards, strong industry contacts, and high placement rates. CMR University while reputable and providing quality education does not usually come into this top group. It is known for delivering excellent management education and possibilities however it does not rank among the country's the finest Tier 1 universities.
