MAT cut-off usually are between 97.50 to 98.50 percentile. But still you will have to see. Your candidature through MAT will be All India Seat. So, you have 50% - 60% chances.

Amongst these 3 options you should go for PGDM either in N. L. Dalmia or Welingkar. Both these B-schools are good in education, placements, campus facilities, etc.

Seeing the last year trend, the placement record for MITSOM is more than IIPM. Talking about your chances to get in, it is still tough to get. Your rank should be around 4800, you can expect college.
