Yes you are right electives are evaluated by college fully and compulsory subjectives are in 70-30 ratio. 70 marks by university and 30 by college.

I am doing it in Telco Automation Limited. And I got it from college.

College uniform on Mondays and Thursdays & formals with tie on rest of the week.

1st Semester : 6 compulsory + 4 electives
2nd Semester : 6 compulsory + 4 electives
3rd Semester : 5 compulsory + 4 electives
4th Semester : 3 compulsory + 4 electives

Hey Sachin, It is difficult to get admission with this percentile in MITSOM & other top colleges.
You can see last year cut off for different colleges in Maharashtra.
