Yes, you can get SPA Delhi in B. Planning through JEE Main. The eligibility criteria are given below. Eligibility: Passed qualifying 12th examination with Mathematics. For B. Planning, the candidates should have passed the qualifying examination with 50 % marks in Mathematics and 50% marks in aggregate of the qualifying examination.

Hello Samarjeet, I must say that at more than 98 percentile you have definitely done excellently. With this, I am sure, you should get admission in your desired NIT and also your desired branch. I would further advise you to download college predictor for JEE Mains issued by Shiksha. This will enable you to guess as to where you stand as for as admissions are concerned in different branches in different NIT based on your current percentile. Best wishes to you.
