Hi,
The first requirement is to clear NATA test. National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is required for admissions to 1st year of 5 year Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree course at all institutes/ schools/colleges of Architecture in India. NATA is conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA). It measures the aptitude of the applicant for specific field of Architecture. The test measures drawing and observation skills, sense of proportion, aesthetic sensitivity and critical thinking ability that have been acquired over a period of time and that are related to architecture. More information on NATA can be found on www.nat

Hi Nikul,
Both the colleges (SPA and Sir JJ College) are very good. I would say SPA has better brand value because of the visibility it has got in the world.

All of them are good, every college you have mentioned has positive sides to it. You may even look into other colleges for options, here is a link for all approved architecture colleges across India - https://www.coa.gov.in/index1.php?lang=1&level=0&linkid=25&lid=26

Both are equally good and it depends on a lot of other factors which you need to look into from a personal perspective.

You need to be in 10% cut off bracket ,
SPA delhi is best institute for architecture and for best you really need a good score. in my opinion you need to score 250+ for guaranteed admission in architecture but 215 would be enough for admission in planning branch.
But with these marks you will get selected in the spot round only. For admission in first round you need a score of 290+.
