Yes, you can. You need to qualify certain exams if you want a seat in renowned colleges or university. You should have minimum 50% in 12th (any stream) to do BCA.

Yes, because of tech in Computer Science and Engineering is through State / National / University Joint Entrance Examination such as JEE Main or JEE Advanced. Candidates need to have qualified 10+2 with subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

According to me, Ganpat University is the best university available in tier 3 category in Gujarat. Its campus is great students are really awesome and vibe of the campus is really positive. But it also has its own issues
Teachers are really conservative (Not all, some are good) they just consider themselves that students are just playing PUBG all the day and they should give students as much assignment as possible and, no vacation should be given to them.

The fees is 18,000 per annum if you are a general merit student (for SC, ST and OBC it's still less), and even hostel facilities are quite affordable i.e,10,000 per annum (excluding food).

If you are talking about government colleges then go for IITs and NITs and if you are talking about private university which I think so then there are many good private university and colleges for B.Tech Computer Science like BITs (Pilani, Goa, Hyderabad), VIT Vellore, SRM university, LPU Jalandhar, chitkaara university, etc.

Give preference to NIT for CSE. Because placements in Mechanical are not satisfactory in any college. However if you are getting ECE or IT in IITs than think about the IITs.
