Firstly you are Eligible For the JEE mains Exam. Through JEE mains Rank/Percentile You got the different NIT's. Now If you get any percentile above 95 or RANK under AIR 9500 you are able to get into the NIT's with computer science Branch. Although Cutoff is something which changes year per year But you have to go for at least above 95 percentile or Rank under AIR 9500 in JEE mains exam for computer science Branch in NIT Jamshedpur.

I think LPU is better than the mentioned name in the question. As per the LPU website, the eligibility for B.Tech Lateral Entry is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (engineering. ). (any stream) 3 years after 10th or 2 years. After 10+2 (Non-Medical) or B.Sc. (Non-Medical) or B.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent. LPU NEST as of now is for scholarship purpose only. B.ed is different from computer science. B.Ed is a training course for teaching. And computer science is a bachelors degree. You can do both at a time or you can do one after another. But you should remember that both are different courses.
