Yes you are eligible for the admission to any undergraduate courses including B.Pharma after completing your class 12 with Science stream through NIOS . But 50% or above marks in the board exam are mandatory

Students with 90% aggregate and above in Class 12 in Science subjects can apply for fellowship at MIT School of Bioengineering Sciences and Research. The fellowships are available for both UG and PG students. The institute offers fellowship in the form of one-time concession in annual tuition fee for the duration of the course.

The students must meet the eligibility criteria for NEET PG examination to be eligible for admissions. But I would suggest that you keep an eye on the updates that are being made for any chanes for future as the NEP implies.
