Hope you are doing well. You must have passed HSC/equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with any one of the subjects Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical/ vocational subjects. In these subjects, taken together, you should have secured a minimum of 50 % marks. You must crack IIT or any entrance exam conducted by the state to be eligible to get admission for engineering. If you are general or OBC, then don't expect B.Sc. . Physics from DU in 83%. I got 93.6% in PCM & I got listed in the 5th cut-off. If you have at least 90%, then you can hope for it. But, you can do B.Sc. . Phy from other universities like IP, etc.

Eligibility for M.Sc botany course:
Bachelor's degree in sciences with botany, zoology and chemistry or other subjects in the faculty of life sciences/biological sciences with minimum 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST students).

Admission to all B.Sc courses in DU are done on merit based on class 12th percentage. However, there are few courses that require you to sit in an entrance examination.
So you can check cutoffs accordingly.
