Hello,
You can consider some of the universities for MS or PG in Computer Science including McGill University, University of Toronto, York University, University of Waterloo, McMaster University, University of British Columbia and many more. You may refer to QS or Times Higher Education for university standings subject wise for better information. Let me know for further queries.
I hope this helps.

Hi Nitish,
If you are looking for a PR in Manitoba, it is one of the toughest in Canada and hence the province sees fewer International students settling down there. Hi Yeltsin,
The economy in Canada is booming and due to the shortage of skilled professionals you have a fair job prospect. The areas of IT, engineering and business are particularly in demand. Also work permits granted to International students after studies is a golden opportunity.
Some students manage to get hired during their internship. You must however remember that you must look for a job yourself. Minimum salary may be around C$1,700 per month depending on your credentials and the job profile.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to write back for any more clarification.

Dear Anuj, The total budget for a Masters abroad in the two countries you are looking at would be around INR 30 lacs to INR 50 lacs which would include tuition fees and stay costs. Scholarships are very limited in Canada and in the US they are merit based and since you have not mentioned your current academic scores I cannot tell you the probability of getting one.
