You can check University of Saskatchewan, University of Windsor, University of Manitoba, Concordia University, also 2-3 more competitive ones such as University of Alberta and McGill etc in Canada. MS admissions in Canada are very competitive and you must have a strong research oriented profile. Check University College Dublin, University College Cork and Waterford Institute of Technology in Ireland. You can refer to this link for more options and the fees etc
