Definitely Yes, you can apply for Msc in Microbiology after BMLT. For better job opportunites i would suggest you to pursue 3 years MSc in Medical Microbiology as it has self empolyement opportunities as well.But you may have to fall under some eligibility requirements that is:1) A bechelor's degree in a relevant subject such as microbiology and biology.2) You must have a minimum marks of 55% in your BMLT
