Generally, a score around 450 may meet the cutoff for certain programs, particularly for students in reserved categories. To take admission for B.Sc in nursing at college of B.Sc, you need not to appear for any entrance exam. Admissions are only merit based and as no entrance exam is conducted, you'll not find information regarding the cutoff. So you should have a favorable score in your 12th to get admission without any problem. Although it is to be kept in mind that the minimum eligibility criteria is 50% in 12th. You have also not mentioned the name of a specific Institute, because of which further detailed information cannot be given.

Your application for the counseling round may not be accepted due to a number of reasons, like not meeting the eligibility criteria, insufficient documentation, or a rank lower than the required cutoff. It is, therefore important to ensure that you have done everything in the application process. If you believe your qualifications fit the above-mentioned requirements, you should make a contact with the concerned Admission cell of the institute as well as the CUET authorities, so that they explain you the reasons and advise further steps to overcome these difficulties.
