No, students cannot be admitted to Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences without undergoing entrance exams. The students have to take entrance exams for the respective fields and have to pass those appearing for admission. If a student wishes to take admission in engineering, she/he must take entrance exams like JEE Mains. In the case of those students who wish to take admission for medicine, they must take entrance examinations like NEET.
