The faculty members at Sri Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Science are well qualified as well as experienced and the student-teacher ratio is also decent. There is an on-site hospital at SLNIMS which provides hands-on experience in dealing with different types of clinical cases. However, like any other institution, it has its own pros and cons too. Yes, commerce student with an interest in computer science can pursue B.Sc in computer science. Many institutes accept students from diverse backgrounds for admissions in B.Sc.
