Yes  you can surely get the admission is DAV college if your marks are less than or equal to the cutoff marks of the college and course.  you can confirm your seat by checking the cutoff marks from the last year admissions, but make sure the number of appplicants do not vary much as you cant get an idea about the cutoff marks for the current year.
