SCRA is not conducted anymore. It was declined by UPSC in 2016. But there is possibility that it may be conducted this year. The date is not fixed but it may be released in October.

UPSC SCRA 2018 Application Form: The SCRA examinations expect to be available at the UPSC website from the second week of Oct 2017. The last date by which the application forms must be successfully submitted online is expected to be in the second week of Nov 2018. The examination date might in January 2018.

The minimum educational qualifications required to appear for the SCRA exam is 10+2 passed /appearing from a recognised board with the mathematics, physics and chemistry as the compulsory subjects in the 10+2. Age criteria:
The minimum age limit is 17 years and maximum age limit is 21 years. Relaxations are applicable to OBC and SC/ST candidates.
3. Nationality: You must be an Indian citizen in order to apply for the exam.
4. Examination pattern:
1. General Ability Test: It contains questions from English, general knowledge and psychological test.

Hi Manikanta,
In order to be eligible to apply for UPSC SCRA exam, candidates should have completed 10+2 or equivalent from a Government of India recognized board or university with a minimum of second division. They should have studied Mathematics and either one of Physics or Chemistry subject or both. All candidates should be between 17 to 21 years of age as on August 1, 2017. However, age relaxation will be provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories.
