The eligibility criteria of PGD in Direction and Screenplay writing is Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent (The candidates who have not received their graduation degree before the application date are required to submit the same before the date of admission).
Admission procedure : The admission process consists of the nationally administered Joint Entrance Test (JET), and subsequent rounds of Orientation / Interview. The students are selected on the basis of their JET scores, and performance in the orientation & interviews.
On the basis of performance in JET, the list of candidates shortlisted for the next level of selection will be made available on the website of the Institute. The institute will send interview letters to the shortlisted candidates directly.

They recognize the best talent, see their work and ultimately send to the industry first for handling small tasks and job. Like anyone initially working as assistant director or writer under an established director or writer. So, its all about talent once you clear the entrance test conducted by them you have an opportunity and a platform to showcase your talent. Let me tell you that for admission they conduct entrance test first called JET. Online forms are available. The last date is 25th Jan 2018 to fill up and submit the forms. So, go ahead prepare yourself for the test. There are approximately 10 seats for the course you are looking for. They provide various in-between course visits and meetings with the professional directors, writers, actors, well-equipped atmosphere with all the necessary stuff. Thank you.
