Yes, if you have passed your Master's from Chhattisgarh, you may appear for the State Eligibility Test, if otherwise eligible as set by Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CPEB). The general qualification is that you should possess a Master's degree with a minimum percentage of usually 55% in any subject for a general candidate and 50% in case of SC/ST/OBC. Ensure that your subject is available for the SET exam and check the particular qualifications or conditions mentioned in the SET notification before applying.

The SET syllabus is not available for download because the SET exam authority, SIU, does not provide any details other than the exam sections related to the SET syllabus. Aspirants who want to appear in SET can refer to the syllabus of other BBA entrance exams similar to SET to get an idea of the topics associated with the SET syllabus. However, students can check the SET syllabus and important topics for SET preparation on Shiksha pages.

While a background in mathematics can be beneficial for cracking the SET exam, it is not an absolute requirement. The SET exam assesses candidates on various subjects related to language, general knowledge and reasoning, and mathematics is just one component of the syllabus.Candidates from various academic backgrounds, including commerce, science, humanities, and others, can appear for the SET exam. Therefore, the assessment is designed to accommodate this diversity. While a mathematical foundation can give an edge to the candidates in the quantitative aptitude section, it's by no means obligatory.

No, SET mock test scores are not recorded or taken into consideration for the final result. Mock tests are designed for the students to practice and prepare for the actual exam. They do not have any bearings on the final SET exam scores or admission to the SET institutes. SET mock tests help the students in understanding the exam pattern, structure, difficulty level, time limits, etc. Candidates can use mock tests to assess their readiness for the SET exam and identify areas where they may need improvement. Mock tests can help candidates gauge their performance and make adjustments to their study plans accordingly.
