As per the criteria, you have a good chance of receiving a call for the WAT/PI process. Once you receive a call your CAT scores only hold 20% weight, while your profile holds 40% and your performance in the WAT/PI will determine the rest 40% of assessment. If you perform excellently in the WAT/PI, you will have a chance of getting into SJMSOM, IIT Bombay.

Hey Srinivas,
Unfortunately, you need an aggregate 90 percentile CAT score to get shortlisted for the WAT/PI process.

Yes, from this year onward sectional cut-off scores will be considered before shortlisting for WAT/PI process.
An 80 percentile in all three sections and an aggregate of 90 percentile will be required by a general candidate to receive WAT/PI call.

Nothing can be said. It all depends on the number of candidates who apply for SJMSOM. This year the ranking of SJMSOM has gone up and so we can expect more applications. However I recommend you to apply for it.

We have world class teaching faculty at SJMSOM. Most of the core faculty have doctorates from prestigious institutions, with many research accolades to their credit. We have excellent and dedicated faculty in all spheres of management. The teachers are always available and ready to help the students through everything. The best part is that the teacher to student ratio is around 1:5. Even the classroom strength are small, leading to greater and inclusive learning for all students. Apart from the core faculty we have many visiting faculties too.
