Candidates seeking admission to Sharda SET BSc course should have passed Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate. Eligible students can visit the university official website to register and complete the application process. The school then shortlist applications based on merit in the last qualifying examination. Following this, a merit/selection list shall be releases or students should be informed through any other medium about selection. These students can then pay the required fee amount for admission confirmation.The total tuition fee for the UG courses range between INR 3.2 Lacs and INR 5.4 lakh. The faculty is average and placement last year was really good.Placements: 60% of the students here got placed with an average package company. The highest-placed person got a CTC of 48 LPA and the average CTC is 5–6 LPA. You have enough options to choose if you are a good programmer and you have scored well in your semester exams .Infrastructure: The hostel is too good but a bit costly as compared to others and the infrastructure is also good with GATE security. No one is allowed in hostels, whether they are your friend or family. If you take a hostel, you have many facilities with you, and you can also reach classes earlier. The fee for a 3-seater AC room is approximately Rs. 30 thousand and you can get a discount if you have any scholarships.Faculty: The midterm exams are a bit hard because they carry 25% weight, but they are harder than the end-term exams. Also, attendance of 75% is required to sit in the examination hall and you have to clear all your dues within a month so that you'll not have to pay an extra fine per day .Other: The campus is too good and the environment is also friendly here.

To get admission to BTech at Sharda University, students need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria, which is to pass Class 10 with 60% aggregate & Class 12 with a minimum of 60% to 70% aggregate (60% aggregate in PCM Computer Science/PCB for Biotechnology (without any gap between Class 10 & Class 12 and 50% aggregate in Maths). Sharda University BTech admission is entrance-based. Students need to qualify for either SUAT or JEE Main   (All India rank of up to 3 lakh) entrance exams with a valid score. The final selection is done based on the score of the respective entrance exam and the performance of candidates in the Personal Interview (PI) round. Those who apply via SUAT scores are required to appear for a PI round conducted at the School of Engineering Technology. Candidates who applied via JEE Main score are exmepted from both SUAT and PI round.
