Yes, it's okay, but it is expensive. Try LPU or Chitkara University. Have same placement and less fees compare to sharda University.

If you want to go for LLM, why don't you take CLAT P.G. entrance and get into a National Law University for this purpose.

Wikipedia is not a credible source for rankings.
However, ICFAI is the oldest among these but Sharda University is coming up in the league in near future. In the Moot culture, it is worth appreciating.
However, owing to reputation of Galgotias University in NCR, I believe, it shall be meeting up the levels soon.
As far as if your decision regarding these is concerned, you can opt for any of these, each of them have a fair value in near future with regard to placements as well.
