Christ University must be very well reputed college in Bangalore. But, it is not really a good college for B.Tech. This university is one of the best colleges for BBA/BBM and good for MBA.
Placement: Most important thing for any engineering students. Sadly, no other companies come in campus except Tech Mahindra. Placement Record (Around 7-9 %): 28-33 students got placed out of 360 Students in all branches. Technical Companies: Tech Mahindra plus maybe one or two any small companies Non- Technical: May be 2-3 companies including BPO and sales. To be honest, despite its popularity, the famed Christ University doesn't make the cut when i

First of all let me introduce you to the culture of both the colleges:
While satyabhama is relatively very strict, as they don't allow you for outings often! Cross gender interaction is not entertained and lesser semester breaks puts the nail to the coffin.
At srm you are free to live the way you wish to and also you are not restricted from outings.
Coming to the academics, you need to maintain a minimum of 75% attendence in both the colleges and failure in doing so would get you detained.
Deparment of ECE has received a grant of Rs. 55 Lakhs from the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, under Fund for Improvement

Sardar Patel College of Engineering is one of the top 30 colleges for civil engineering. The college promises 80% placement as that is the most genuine promise that a college makes. Companies like Tata, Larsen & Turbo, Essar Group etc. visit campus every year.

Let us face the reality here, when you step in south there are only a handful good engineering colleges in south India, those being IIT MADRAS, TRICHY, ANNA University, VIT, SRM, and a few more. If you happen to land up in any other college then first of all you lack exposure as there colleges have students from all regions of India. Also, if you plan to go abroad for further qualifications these colleges happen to make your job a lot easier because of their collaborations with many international universities. Also, they have these rich programs like semester abroad program, twinning program, dual degree program, others that encourage

Dear,
Yes, after doing Diploma engineering, you are eligible to take admission in engineering college except for IITs & NITs.
There are a lot of good colleges available for you it will be better or easy for you if you will take admission in your home state college because at the time of counseling of engineering for Diploma student, some state universities ask for domicile of that state. Rest some universities like IPU provide 15% seats for outsiders of Delhi student.
Good engineering college in are Graphic Era University, DIT-Dehradun, LPU-Punjab, Chandigarh University-CGC Landram, COT-Pantnagar, IP University-Delhi, etc.

Before answering about the placements let me make this clear that Hindustan Aviation Academy has stopped the B.Tech in aerospace course for a while but there is still a course which is one of the prestigious course in the aviation field and that one is Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME). According to surveys, it has been found that AME's are the highest paid engineers in India where the salary package varies form 5L - 25L per annum (varies with the experience). As far as placements are concerned, our passed out students (both B.Tech & AME) are working in various organizations like NAL, HAL, ADA, JET AIRWAYS, CAPGEMINI, HONEYWELL, e
